MTG Retro Standard Tournament

Magic the Gathering Standard Tournament from the past, playing with the card pool that was previously legal almost 20 years ago.

The chosen retro standard is from Time Spiral and Lorwyn block from 2008 (specifically July 25th to October 2nd). The legal sets are:

• Coldsnap

• Time Spiral

• Planar Chaos

• Future Sight

• 10th Edition

• Lorwyn

• Morningtide

• Shadowmoor

• Eventide

With the following banlist: no cards were banned in this period

The default deckbuilding restrictions apply:

• Minimum of 60 cards in the main deck

• Maximum of 15 cards in the sideboard

• Maximum of 4 copies of any card (excluding basic lands)

This free best-of-3 1v1 tournament will run from 6:00pm signup, for 6:30 start, bring down your own deck or borrow one of ours. Proxying strongly encouraged.

Typical Casual Card Games running alongside as always, for those not interested in playing in the tournament.
